LRFL-I Air-Cooled Protective Housing
The maximum load capacity is ≤20kg, and the self-weight is 3kg. This air-cooled housing achieves cooling performance comparable to conventional water cooling solutions. It is especially applicable for sites with water shortage and areas where water pipes are easy to burst under low temperature in winter.
The applicable ambient temperature ranges from -50℃ to +300℃, and the allowable ambient dust concentration is ≤200mg/m³ (standard based on cement dust). The applicable compressed air temperature is ≤35℃, the working pressure is 0.3‑0.4MPa, and the compressed air flow rate is 0.3‑0.6m³/min.
The housing reaches IP65 ingress protection grade. Standard configuration includes 1 set of air-cooled housing, 1 semi-fixed pan-tilt, 1 stainless steel bracket and 1 metal hose. A vortex cooling tube is optional.
This housing is compatible with various CCD color and black-and-white cameras as well as 3× varifocal lenses (cameras and lenses are optional accessories). It can be installed on a semi-fixed pan-tilt or a 15kg motorized pan-tilt.
